一种海上平台井口控制盘优化方案

An Optimization Scheme for Wellhead Control Panel of Offshore Platform

  • 摘要: 井口控制盘是海上油田生产过程中的重要设备:主要用来控制采油树上的井上安全阀(SSV)和井下安全阀(SCSSV)的开启和关闭,另外还兼具紧急关停、采油树易熔塞回路控制的安全保护等功能。井口控制盘在保障油井安全、平稳生产中发挥着至关重要的作用。为了保证井口盘能够连续、长期运行,该文主要对井口盘原理及现状进行研究。找出了井口盘设计功能上现存的缺陷,并结合实际情况,提出了一种井口控制盘功能的优化方案。

     

    Abstract: Wellhead control panel is an important equipment in the production process of the offshore oilfield. It is mainly used to control the opening and closing of SSV and SCSSV on the Christmas tree. In addition, it also has functions of emergency shutdown and safety protection of fusible plug loop control of the Christmas tree. Wellhead control panel plays an important role in ensuring the safety and stable production of oil wells. In order to ensure the continuous and long-term operation of the wellhead disk, this paper mainly studies the principle and current situation of the wellhead disk. The existing defects in the design function of the wellhead control panel are found out. Combined with the actual situation, an optimization scheme for the function of the wellhead control panel is proposed.
