Abstract: In this paper the mode of risk evaluation is set up based on the multi-fator and multi-hierarchical synthetical estimate method,which is formed by hierarchical analytical model and implement the correct model solve. It studies hierarchical analytical method which helps to building modes. At the same time the modal built illustrate the correlation of multi-fators,multi-level and risk. The evaluating method is proved to be feasible though example.
