海上油气田CO2注入管柱技术难点及发展方向

Technical difficulties and development direction of CO2 injection string in offshore oil and gas fields

  • 摘要: 随着国家绿色低碳转型步伐逐步加快,海上油气田CCUS(二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存)既可实现CO2永久回注,也可以通过CO2驱油实现增储上产,越来越受到油气田开发工作者的重视。受海上平台面积有限、修井作业成本高、多层系开发特点影响,海上CO2驱油项目对注入管柱提出了新的要求,需结合海上油气田开发特点形成适用于海上油气田的CO2注入管柱。该文系统梳理了陆地油田CO2驱油注入管柱发展历程及技术特点,分析了海上注入管柱需求与技术难点,从井下流量计量、管柱安全性两个方面对海上CO2注入管柱进行优化,提出了CO2注入管柱技术发展方向与攻关内容,以更好地支撑海上CO2驱油技术的快速发展。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of the pace of domestic green and low-carbon transformation, the offshore oil and gas field CCUS project is getting more and more attention from oil and gas field development workers because it can achieve permanent CO2 injection and increase storage and production through CO2 flooding. Due to limited area of offshore platforms, high cost of well repair operations, and the characteristics of multi-layered development, offshore CO2 flooding projects have put forward new requirements for injection string. CO2 injection string suitable for offshore oil and gas fields should be developed based on the development characteristics of these fields. This paper systematically reviews the development history and technology of CO2 flooding injection string in land oilfield, analyzes the requirements and technical difficulties of offshore injection string, and optimizes the offshore CO2 injection string from the two aspects of underground flow measurement and string safety. The development direction and key contents of CO2 injection string technology are proposed to better support the rapid development of offshore CO2 flooding business.
