Abstract: In accordance with the actual development condition of waterflooding oilfield, this paper briefly introduces the technological principle and several major methods at present about gas-lift logging water prospecting. The principle of choosing logging suite, cautious facto rs in data interpretation and analysis are identified, too. The important views of this paper are the applicable scope of interpretation result and proper engineering measurements in various conditions. This method has the advantages of quick logging, high accuracy, wide application scope and good effect.
