疏水缔合聚合物的阻力系数和残余阻力系数及驱油效率研究

摘要: 在模拟大庆油田条件(45℃)下, 进行疏水缔合聚合物和工业产品甘油(丙三醇)的阻力系数(FR)和残余阻力系数(FRF)的测定以及人造岩心驱油实验, 并将实验结果进行对比。实验结果表明, 在相同条件下, 疏水缔合聚合物阻力系数和残余阻力系数分别大于14和8, 均高于甘油的阻力系数和残余阻力系数;在人造岩心(渗透率Kg在0.9~1.3μm2)上的驱油实验结果显示, 在水驱采收率的基础上, 污水配制的疏水缔合聚合物溶液可以提高采收率16%~18%, 比甘油驱采收率高6%~8%。Abstract: The oil displacing performance of a commercial hydrophobically associating polymer (HAP) at simulating Daqing reservoir conditions is investigated in laboratory through RF and RRF measurements and core flooding experiments in comparison with a commercial glycerol. HAP solution flow through artificial cores of Kg=0.9~1.3μm2, RF>14 and RRF>8 are observed. On artificial cores of Kg=0.9~1.3μm2, the displacing efficiency of 1760mg/L HAP solution for residual oil after water flooding is 6%~8% higher than that of glycerol solution of equal concentration.
