复合驱中界面张力数量级与提高采收率的关系研究

Study on the Relation between Level of IFT and Enhanced Oil Recovery

  • 摘要: 文章分析了表面活性剂/聚合物二元复合驱和碱/表面活性剂/聚合物三元复合驱驱油指标(超低界面张力必须达到10-3mN/m)理论的缺陷;在大量岩心试验的基础上, 比较了不同界面张力下的采收率值, 认为平衡界面张力为10-3mN/m不是表面活性剂驱油及复合驱的必要条件, 平衡界面张力为10-2mN/m时也能达到与前者同样的驱油效果;并且只要瞬时界面张力达到10-3mN/m, 也能达到较好的驱油效果, 从而为表面活性剂复合驱的广泛应用提供了实验基础。

     

    Abstract: The author analyzes the defect of the theory about surfactant/polymer flooding and alkaline/surfactant/polymer flooding in which the low est interfacial tension must reaches 10-3mN/m. On the basis of plenty of displacement tests, the result of comparing with the enhanced oil recovery values under different IFT shows that the value of interfacial tension, 10-3mN/m, is not the necessary condition of surfactant flooding, and it can reach the same flooding effect when the value of interfacial tension is 10-2mN/m. And if only the dynamic interfacial tension can reach 10-3mN/m, we can acquire a better flooding effect. So the experiment basis can be provided for the wide application of surfactant/polymer flooding.
