The Systemic Study on Cold Production of Viscous Crude Oil in Siltstone and Fine Sand Reservoir

  • 摘要: 针对乐安油田草13块沙三段油藏原油粘度大、油井出砂严重的问题, 从完井管柱、防砂工艺与稠油冷采等方面进行了系统的研究配套。矿场试验证明, 大孔径、深穿透、高孔密射孔、高压充填防砂与螺杆泵冷采配套技术, 基本解决了粉细砂岩油藏防砂及稠油抽汲难题, 实现了草13块沙三段新区的高效开发;同时也为同类油藏的开发提供了一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The systemic study on completion string, sand control technology and cold production have been carried on aiming at the high viscosity of the reservoir in member 3 of Shahejie Formation and sand production. Field test show that matching technology of large-aperture, deep-penetration, high shot density, packing under high pressure together with cold production of screw pump can effectively solve sand control in siltstone and fine sand reservoir and make the viscous oil production easily. It has great significance to the same reservoir development.
