大庆油田提高酸化效果的几项措施

Several Methods to Improve Acidizing Results in the Daqing Field

  • 摘要: 大庆油田近年来采取了多种酸化增注降压措施, 但效果不一, 文章以采油七厂为例对其原因开展了研究分析。首先分析了产生堵塞的主要因素;其次针对主要堵塞因素, 分别对葡北等四个区块堵塞物进行分析;然后又对地质特征进行了分析。根据堵塞物及地质特征的分析结果开展了酸化室内配方研究工作, 针对每个区块分别研究了各自的酸化配方。经现场应用20口注水井, 初期平均单井注水压力下降了2.0MPa, 平均单井日实注增加了24.0m3;后期平均单井注水压力下降0.7MPa, 日实注增加17.7m3;平均单井有效期达258d, 有效率达100%。将针对堵塞物及地质特征分析结果所研制的酸化配方效果与以前的酸化效果进行对比, 有效率提高了10个百分点, 有效期延长73d, 单井日增注多4.7m3。现场试验结果证明提高了酸化措施效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper researched in the diversified results of several acidizing treatments for the purpose of well stimulation and pressure decreasing which were conducted in No.7 Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield Company Limited. Firstly the main factors that caused formation plug were analyzed, and plugging matter from four districts were analyzed respectively. Then geologic features were studied. Based on above matters, we developed acidizing recipe focused on different districts. Now it has been applied to 20 water injection wells, and water injection pressure decreased by 2.0 MPa and 0.7 MPa, injection rate increased by 24.0 m3 and 17.7m3 in the initial and late stage respectively. The rate of success is increased by 10%, validity period prolonged by 73 days, single well injection increased by 4.7 m3/d compared to the former acidizing results. Field tests indicated that treating results were improved tremendously.
