智能完井新技术

The new technology--smart well completion

  • 摘要: 介绍了当今世界上一项新的石油技术成果--智能完井。它作为一项新型的完井技术, 对石油开采提供了一种更智能化、更灵活的管理, 因此正受到人们越来越多的关注。有些国外专家曾指出, 本世纪的石油工业将广泛应用智能技术进行井下管理和维护。智能完井在井下引入永久监测控制系统, 它不仅能够实现多层同采, 也能单独开采其中的某一层, 具有采集、传输及分析井眼生产数据、油藏数据和全井生产链数据能力, 以远程控制方式改善对油藏动态和生产动态的监控。目前, 智能完井技术在国外已经应用到水平井、大位移井、分枝井、边远井和水下采油树井及多层采油井和注水井。

     

    Abstract: This article introduced an new petroleum technology in the world which is called smart well. As one new completion technique, it provides petroleum resources with a kind of more intellectual and flexible management, so it gains more and more attention. Some specialists abroad ever indicate that today's petroleum should use intellectual technology extensively to carry out underground supervision and attendance. There are also some people who call smart well as down hole permanent monitoring system, it can not only realize simultaneous production from multilayer, but also can produce solely from one layer with the ability of collection, transmission and analysis of borehole production data, reservoir data and well completion generated data, and improve reservoir performance and production performance by long-range control. Nowadays, smart well technique has been applied to horizontal well, offset well, multi-lateral well, remote area and subsea operation and also to production well and injection well.
