外输原油中有机氯超标问题的来源与分析

Analysis about the Source of Excessive Organochlorine in Externally Transported Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 原油中所含的有机氯物质是导致炼油设备腐蚀的关键问题之一。此文通过研究注水助剂、注入水以及酸化措施液对江汉油田八面河油区原油有机氯含量的影响,探讨了八面河油田原油有机氯产生的化学反应途径,提出了控制使用含氯的油田化学助剂的建议,对避免外输原油中有机氯超标和下游炼化设备的有机氯腐蚀问题提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Excessive organochlorine in the crude oil is one of the key issues leading to corrosion of refinery equipment. In this paper, the influence of water flooding additives, the injection water and the acidification solutions on the organochlorine content in the crude oil of Jianghan oil producing area in Bamianhe Oilfield has been studied. The chemical reaction pathways leading to the generation of new organochlorine in oils produced from Bamianhe Oilfield has been discussed. Finally, suggestions are made on how to control the use of chemical additives in chlorine-contained oilfield, which can provide a reference on how to avoid the organochlorine exceeding problem in externally-transported crude oil, and in turn to avoid the organochlorine corrosion problem in the downstream refining equipments.
