Abstract: In view of hydrate plugging in bore hole and gas pipeline of Yaoshen 1 well in Yaoyingtai deep structure of Changling fault depression in the south of Songliao Basin,it is analyzed that gas hydrate caused plugging.Gas hydrate is a combination of hydrocarbon molecule in natural gas and free water under a certain temperature and pressure.The proper volume of methanol to be added into hydrate of Yaoshen 1 well is calculated,and the well puts back on normal production by adding methanol through oil tube and casing with daily gas production rate of（6~12）×10⁴m³.At last,the paper points out that the key to prevent plugging is to inject methanol and continuously stable production.
