油田注入水碳酸钙结垢预测研究

Study on predicting calcium carbonate scale in water injection wells

  • 摘要: 碳酸钙结垢是油田注水井中主要的结垢类型, 严重影响油田的开发效果。目前预测碳酸钙结垢趋势和结垢量, 都需要通过查图版来获得关键参数, 结垢预测计算比较复杂。通过分析碳酸钙结垢机理, 以实验测得的参数值为基础, 采用多元回归的方法对待查图版的曲线进行拟合, 编制计算程序, 简化了结垢预测的计算, 并能对影响结垢的因素进行敏感性分析。实例计算证明了这种方法的可靠性, 为控制油田注入水水质提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The CaCO3 scaling is the main scaling type of water injection wells, which seriously affects oilfield development effectiveness. At present, the key parameter is gained through a special plate to predict CaCO3 scaling tendency and amount, which makes calculation of scaling prediction method complicated. By means of scaling mechanism analysis and experiment parameters, multiple regression matching method is used to match the curves of the special plate and calculation program is completed. The calculation program can simplify scaling prediction calculation and analyze sensitivity factors of scaling. The method is proved correct, and provides reference to control injection water quality.
