海底油气管道修复技术

Subsea Pipeline Repair Technology

  • 摘要: 近年来由于介质腐蚀、船舶抛锚、地质灾害和海洋开发第三方破坏,出现了数起海底管道损伤事故海底管道出现损伤后,具体采取何种修复方案因损伤形式和作业水深而异,但从作业海域水深限制条件,可以分为水下修复技术和水上修复技术。水上修复技术主要是利用工程船舶舷吊将受损管道提升至船舶甲板进行焊接修复或更换修复,此方案在多个抢修项目中多次成功应用。提升法修复海底管道技术来源于海底管道铺设技术,利用相关专业计算软件进行提升和下放分析,根据计算结果将海底管道提升至作业线进行法兰焊接,由潜水员完成水下对接。2008年渤西12"天然气管道破损就是一起典型的船舶抛锚损伤事故,事故造成整条外输管道停产。在权衡水下湿式修复方案和管道提升修复方案后,采用工程船舶舷吊将受损管道提升至船舶甲板进行法兰焊接,潜水员完成水下对接工作。根据2008年1月渤西天然气管道抢修项目实践,详细介绍了提升法修复海底管道的作业程序和分析计算。

     

    Abstract: Recently more and more subsea pipeline accidents have occurred for the reason of corrosion, anchoring, ocean disaster and other human activities. According to different damage to the pipeline and different depth of the location, subsea repair methods and above water repair methods can be used to repair the pipeline. Above water repair of subsea pipeline with davit lifting can be adopted in subsea pipeline installation projects, and this method has been used successfully in many subsea pipeline repair projects. Through analysis of the lifting and lowering operation with related software, such as BCT-35 or SUSPEND program, above water repair of subsea pipeline can be done. On the basis of the calculation results, the damaged pipeline was lifted above the water, then the flanges will be welded by diver at both the pipeline ends. In the year 2008, a piece of 12 inch subsea pipeline was damaged by anchoring in BoHai bay, which was a typical accident and the pipeline was broken and had to be shut down. Compared with subsea wet repair methods, the above water repair method was used. This method has been proved feasible in the year 2008 during BX subsea pipeline repair project. In this paper, the operation procedure of lifting subsea pipeline repair and calculation program been discussed in detail.
