油层物理性质与酸化改造工艺的配伍性研究

  • 摘要: 对油气田进行酸化改造的酸配方是否合理,是决定被改造油层能否增产的关键所在。结合油层物理性质进行酸配方的研制,打破了油田常规经验型作业模式,大大提高了酸化改造油层的成功率,并在许多井层的酸化改造实践中得到验证,取得了可观的经济效益。储层骨架结构的维护、酸溶过程中孔隙度与渗透率的合理匹配、地层压差的控制、储层敏感性的预防以及地层流体矿化度与外来入井液的配伍性是研制科学酸配方的基本依据。

     

    Abstract: The oil production draw on from improved reservoir was determined by whether the acid formulation used for acidification improvement of reservoir is reasonable.Triturating this kind of acid formulation by identifying reservoir physical property have breaken general oil technological model and increasing heavily the successful rate of acidification.This method have been proved by application in several well and have obtained huge benifits.Basic condition of triturate science acid formulation includes:maintenance of the reservoir construction,coordination of the porosity with permeability,control of the formation differential of presure,prevention of reservoir sensitivity and the compatibility between formation water mineralize rate and the fluid outside the well.
