Abstract: At present, our country are in the building fastigium of the long-distance oil or gas transmission pipelines, in order to make use of the limited and valued funds sufficiently and to obtain maximum investment benefit, the article expounded the means, approaches and importance of the whole procedure control of construction cost for long-distance oil or gas transmission pipelines in the investment decision-making period, design period and construction period.
