Abstract:
The completion of a open-hole well on offshore usually involves operations such as running perforated tubing, scraping and washing the well, upper casing TCP (tubing conveyed perforation), re-scraping and washing the well, and running production tubing string. The completion cycle is long and the completion cost is high. For this reason, by integrating and optimizing the combination of rotatable scraper, perforating gun, perforating tube, production string and other tools, the formation of integrated technologies for lower string and casing scraping & well circulation, perforation and casing scraping & well circulation, perforation and production linkage have been explored, and multiple functions in one drill have been achieved. Emphasis was placed on hydraulic simulation, column safety verification, process optimization, and adaptability analysis of the integrated column structure. Field applications demonstrate that the three types of multifunctional integrated pipe-column structures are rationally designed, reliable in performance, and comply with safe and standardized construction procedures. Compared with the conventional two-run operation, it saves an average completion time of more than one day per well. This technology is effective at reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and it has good practical value.
