打桩动态监测技术在渤海导管架安装中的应用

Pile driving dynamic monitoring implementation during the installing of offshore jacket in Bohai Sea

  • 摘要: 为了实时监控打桩过程中锤击能量、桩身应力、桩侧阻力、桩端阻力等关键信息,精准评估桩身完整性与承载力,降低拒锤风险,保障海上导管架安装工程的安全实施,开展海上打桩动态监测技术应用研究。该文以渤海海域某导管架安装项目为工程实例,采用桩-土模型构建和可打性分析方法,结合高应变动态监测技术原理,详细实施海上打桩动态监测全过程作业,完成现场数据采集后,对监测数据进行拟合分析与结果评估。成功实现了对打桩过程关键参数的实时监测,有效评估了桩身完整性和桩身承载力,成功预防了拒锤情况的发生,保障了该导管架安装项目的顺利进行。研究表明,打桩动态监测技术原理适用于海上导管架安装过程中的打桩环节,该技术方法与实施经验可为后续海上同类打桩工程提供重要的技术参考和实践依据。

     

    Abstract: To monitor key information such as hammering energy, pile shaft stress, pile side resistance and pile tip resistance in real time during offshore pile driving, accurately evaluate pile shaft integrity and bearing capacity, reduce the risk of hammer rejection, and ensure the safe implementation of offshore jacket installation projects, in this research, dynamic monitoring technology for offshore pile driving was carried out. Taking a jacket installation project in Bohai Sea as an engineering case, this paper adopted the methods of pile-soil model construction and drivability analysis, combined with the principles of high-strain dynamic monitoring technology, and fully implemented the whole-process operation of dynamic monitoring for offshore pile driving. After completing on-site data collection, fitting analysis and result evaluation were conducted on the monitoring data. The research successfully realized real-time monitoring of key parameters in the pile driving process of the project, effectively evaluated pile shaft integrity and bearing capacity, and prevented the occurrence of hammer rejection, thus ensuring the smooth progress of the jacket installation project. The research shows that the principles of pile driving dynamic monitoring technology are applicable to the pile driving progress of offshore jacket installation, and its technical methods and implementation experience can provide important technical reference and practical basis for subsequent similar offshore pile driving projects.
