多底井轮采完井技术研究及其在南海东部的应用

Research on multi-branch well alternate production completion technology and its application in the eastern South China Sea

  • 摘要: 南海东部大部分老油田面临产量递减快、平台槽口不足等难题。老油田开发迫切需要老井侧钻提高采收率,但部分在生产老井仍具备生产潜力,常规开窗侧钻面临老井原产能被舍弃的问题。为此通过开展中通式斜向器加定方向射孔一体化、一井两眼轮采技术研究,解决了新老井眼轮采开发难题,实现老油田采收率最大化,应用证明多底井轮采技术具有施工周期短、工艺简单等特点,对目前海上老油田的挖潜、边际油田高效开发具有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Most of the old oilfields in the eastern South China Sea are facing problems such as rapid production decline and insufficient platform slots. The development of old oilfields urgently requires old well sidetracking to enhance oil recovery. However, some old wells still have production potential during production, and conventional window sidetracking faces the problem of abandoning the original production capacity of old wells. To this end, the research on the integration of through-bore whipstock and directional perforation, as well as the technology of single-well dual-limb alternate production, has solved the problem of new and old wellbores rotating production and achieved the maximization of oil recovery in old oilfields. Through application, it has been proven that multi-branch well alternate production technology has the characteristics of short construction period and simple process, which has important guiding significance for tapping the potential of offshore old oilfields and efficient development of marginal oilfields.
