Abstract:
The first domestically shallow water subsea production system has been put into production in a gas field in Jinzhou, which marks a significant breakthrough in China's marine oil and gas equipment manufacturing and development technologies. Safety management of subsea production systems plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation and efficient production. This paper introduces the safety protection equipment, safety risks encountered during production, and proposes corresponding risk control measures for this system. Based on field application experience since its operation, the study summarizes effective practices for safety management in subsea production systems, covering risk assessment, intelligent monitoring, equipment integrity management, and talent cultivation. These findings provide theoretical and practical references for safety management of subsequent other shallow-water subsea production systems.
