海上水平分支井钻完井存在问题及解决对策

Key issues and solutions in offshore horizontal multilateral wells drilling and completion

  • 摘要: 渤海油田主力油田逐步进入开发中后期,采用水平分支井扩大泄油面积、提高单井产量是实现少井高产和降本增效目标的有效手段。目前海上水平分支井的安全高效开发面临诸多挑战,包括主、分支结合处为裸眼,主分支窗口隔离效果欠佳,以及无法分采等问题。为此,在分析传统解决方案局限性的基础上,提出裸眼空心斜向器侧钻防砂、裸眼分段充填及分支井液控智能分采三项具有显著优势的解决方案,最终形成针对水平分支井开发的裸眼空心斜向器智能分采一体化新型解决对策,为海上油田水平分支井的精细、长效开发提供了有效的技术方案支撑。

     

    Abstract: As major offshore oilfields in Bohai Bay are advancing into mid-to-late stages of development, horizontal multilateral wells with the aim of maximizing drainage area and enhancing production rate, have become effective approach to achieving higher production with fewer wells and improving cost efficiency. At present, the safe and efficient development of offshore horizontal multilateral wells faces many challenges, including open-hole and poor isolation at the junction of the main-bore and branch, selective production technology unavailable, etc. Therefore, based on the study of the limitations of traditional solutions, three significantly advantageous solutions are proposed, including sidetrack laterals using open hole hollow whipstock, open hole multi-zone gravelpack, and multilateral hydraulic intelligent production. Ultimately, a new integrated solution for open hole hollow whipstock intelligent production for horizontal multilateral wells is formed. This provides effective technical support for the precise and long-term development of horizontal multilateral wells in offshore oilfields.
