JL天然气管道输送减阻剂的研制及现场应用

Development and field application of JL drag reducer for natural gas pipeline transportation

  • 摘要: 天然气在管道输送过程中存在一定的压力损耗,会增加输送过程的能耗。为了减少天然气输送成本,在输送过程中注入天然气减阻剂降低输送损耗是普遍接受的低成本方法。减阻剂的研究主要集中在长碳链的五元、六元杂环类两亲类化合物。为了开发新型天然气减阻剂,该文采用十六酸与二乙烯三胺为原料,合成了一种长碳链咪唑类JL天然气减阻剂。扫描电子显微镜显示合成的JL天然气减阻剂可以在钢片表面有效成膜,有效改善表面粗糙度。室内性能评价结果显示一个月的综合减阻率稳定在13%~15%,可以显著增加天然气输送管道的减阻增输效果。28 d的现场减阻试验结果表明,减阻率和增输率最大可以达到9.51%和4.44%,平均值为4.14%和1.98%。结果表明JL天然气减阻剂具有一定的管输天然气减阻和增输效果。

     

    Abstract: There is a certain pressure loss during natural gas pipeline transportation, increasing energy consumption in the process. To reduce natural gas transportation costs, injecting natural gas drag reducers during transportation to reduce transportation losses is a widely accepted low-cost method. Research on drag reducers mainly focuses on long carbon chain five and six-membered heterocyclic amphiphilic compounds. To develop a novel natural gas drag reducer, this paper synthesized a long carbon chain imidazole-based JL natural gas drag reducer using hexadecanoic acid and diethylenetriamine as raw materials. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the synthesized JL natural gas drag reducer could effectively form a film on the steel surface, significantly improving surface roughness. Indoor performance evaluation results showed that the comprehensive drag reduction efficiency of one month was stable at 13%~15%, significantly enhancing the drag reduction efficiency and transportion enhancement efficiency of natural gas pipelines. The results of the 28 days on-site drag reduction test indicated that the drag reduction efficiency and throughput improvement rate could reach up to 9.51% and 4.44%, with average values of 4.14% and 1.98%. These findings confirm that the JL natural gas drag reducer has certain effects on reducing drag and enhancing transmission in pipeline transportation of natural gas.
