渤海油田某区块合成基钻井液固井技术研究及应用

Research and application of cementing technology of synthetic based drilling fluid in a block of Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海油田某区块采用合成基钻井液进行钻井作业,合成基钻井液的应用使得固井作业面临诸多难题,导致固井水泥强度低及胶结质量较差,固井质量难以提高。为改善合成基钻井液钻井条件下固井水泥环胶结质量,该文通过对合成基钻井液固井作业的难点、特点进行分析,进一步结合固井实验室分析实验,合理设计固井方案,优化前置液性能,改善水泥浆的顶替效率,同时配套其他固井工艺降低其他因素干扰,通过在该区块多批次井的应用,固井质量得到明显提升。说明该合成基钻井液固井技术具有保证固井施工安全、提高固井质量的良好效果。

     

    Abstract: In a block of Bohai Oilfield, synthetic-based drilling fluid is employed for drilling operations. However, the application of synthetic-based drilling fluid poses numerous challenges to cementing operations, resulting in low strength of cement and poor bonding quality, which makes it difficult to improve the cementation quality. To improve the bonding quality of the cement rings under the drilling conditions of synthetic-based drilling fluids, this paper analyzes the difficulties and characteristics of cementing operations with synthetic-based drilling fluid. Further, in combination with the laboratory experiments of cementing, a reasonable cementing scheme is designed, the performance of the pre-fluid is optimized to improve the displacement efficiency of cement slurry, and other cementing technologies are adopted to reduce interference from other factors. Through the application of multiple batches of wells in this block, the cementing quality has been significantly improved. It is indicated that this synthetic-based drilling fluid cementing technology has a good effect on ensuring the safety of cementing operation and improving the quality of cementing.
