南海某井取样工具打捞及后续井眼处理

Fishing of sampling tool and subsequent treatment of a well in South China Sea

  • 摘要: 速星(Saturn)取样工具在南海莺歌海盆地高温高压低孔渗储层中广泛应用,为取全取准储层资料提供保障的同时,也出现如取样工具卡钻等井下复杂情况。南海海域某高温高压井,完钻后在3 611 m使用速星取样工具进行取样作业,解封后发生卡钻。该文分析了造成取样工具卡钻的原因、取样工具打捞及后续井眼处理的技术难点。通过采取合适的井控措施、选配合适的卡瓦打捞筒及通井时防卡钻和井眼净化等措施,一次性成功打捞速星取样工具,并在井筒内遗留物较多的情况下完成井眼处理,为后续回填注水泥塞和下尾管作业创造了良好的井下条件。该井的成功处置,可为海上高温高压井类似取样工具打捞、类似井眼状况下的通井作业提供参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: With the extensive application of the Saturn sampling tool in high-temperature and high-pressure wells in Yinggehai Basin of South China Sea, while it ensures the acquisition of complete and accurate reservoir data, downhole complications such as sticking of the sampling tool also occur. A well in South China Sea is a high-temperature and high-pressure well, which encountered a stuck pipe incident with the Saturn sampling tool at 3 611 m during sampling operations after drilling completion and tool release. This paper analyzes the causes of the stuck sampling tool and the technical challenges involved in fishing the tool and subsequent borehole treatment. By implementing appropriate well control measures, selecting a suitable slip overshot, and implementing anti-sticking and wellbore cleaning measures during reaming, the Saturn sampling tool was successfully fished in one attempt. Despite numerous remnants in the borehole, wellbore treatment was successfully completed, creating favorable conditions for subsequent cementing and bottom hole assembly (BHA) running. The successful handling of this well can provide reference for the fishing of similar tools and bore treatments in high-temperature and high-pressure offshore wells.
