低渗薄互层油藏干层射孔对产能的影响研究

Study on impact of dry layer perforation on productivity in low-permeability thin interbed reservoirs

  • 摘要: 为研究低渗薄互层油藏大斜度井(水平井)干层射孔对产能的影响,在Borisov水平井产能公式基础上通过建立产能机理模型,推导了油井射开干层与不射开干层的产能比,并建立数模机理模型模拟油水井射开干层与不射开干层的开发效果,研究结果及现场应用表明,低渗薄互层油藏大斜度井(水平井)可通过射开部分干层,从一定程度上提高产能,改善开发效果,降低开发成本;影响产能比的主要因素为干层垂厚以及井筒与地层的夹角,储层物性对产能比影响不大。该研究成果对同类型低渗薄互层油藏开发具有一定借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the impact of dry layer perforation on productivity of highly-deviated wells (horizontal wells) in low-permeability thin interbed reservoirs, the productivity ratio between dry layer perforation and dry layer non-perforation was derived by establishing a productivity mechanism model based on Borisov horizontal well productivity formula. Addtionally, a numerical simulation mechanism model was established to simulate the development performance of oil and water wells under both perforated and non-perforated dry layer conditions. The research results and field applications showed that for highly-deviated wells (horizontal wells) in low permeability and thin interbed reservoirs, partially perforating dry layers can increase the productivity to a certain extent, improve the development efficiency and reduce the development costs. The main factors influencing the productivity ratio are the vertical thickness of dry layer and the angle between wellbore and formation, while reservoir properties have little influence on this ratio. The findings of this study provide valuable references for the development of similar low-permeability thin interbed reservoirs.
