Abstract:
Aiming at the problems such as large water consumption in volume fracturing of tight gas wells, large volume of flowback fluid to be treated, and high treatment cost in Daniudi and Hangjinqi blocks in Northern Ordos Basin, this paper analyzes the influence of fracturing flowback fluid from tight sandstone gas wells in these blocks on the performance of reconfigured fracturing fluid. The results show that the suspended solids in the fracturing flowback fluid will contaminate the reservoir, and total salinity affects the apparent viscosity of fracturing fluid. High-valence metal cations seriously affect the apparent viscosity, high-temperature shear viscosity and viscosity build-up rate of the compound fracturing fluid, while chloride ions have a strong corrosive effect on equipment pipelines. Therefore, a treatment process of "air flotation for oil removal + coagulation sedimentation + sludge dewatering + filtration and sterilization" has been developed. By implementing two modes: "salt-resistant fracturing fluid for sand carrying with low sand ratio + clear water fracturing fluid for sand carrying with high sand ratio" and "salt-resistant fracturing fluid for pre-fracture creation + clear water fracturing fluid for sand carrying" in 21 wells, 52,400 cubic meters of fracturing flowback fluid has been reused for fluid preparation, saving cost of 6.49 million yuan. This study can provide a reference for the reuse of fracturing flowback fluid.
