Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that the failure of a single export pump affects the platform production rate and the continuous export of crude oil during the repair of the platform offshore crude oil export pump. By comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of the processes and equipment of the platform, comparing relevant equipment parameters and processing capabilities, a set of crude oil emergency export processes was successfully reformed using the wellhead service pump, production separator, closed drain tank (CDT), closed drain pump suction strainer, and Christmas tree. Through the PSV (pressure safety valve) bypass process of the crude oil export pump, the crude oil from the production separator is discharged into the closed drain tank. A new temporary pipeline is added from the rear end of the closed drain pump suction strainer to the wellhead service pump, and then the export is realized through the pump outlet to the Christmas tree process. It has been successfully put into use on site and achieved good results. This transformation makes full use of the existing processes and equipment of the platform, and the transformation construction can be carried out independently. It has the advantages of short transformation time, strong practicality, high safety and excellent promotion value. It ensures the emergency export requirements after the failure of the crude oil export pump, as well as the production rate and continuous export of crude oil.
