Application of high-sensitivity optoelectronic acoustic-vibration technology in oil and gas pipeline leakage monitoring

  • 摘要: 针对油气管道在运营过程中泄漏检测难问题,创新性地采用高敏光电子声振探测技术,通过多场景现场试验及复杂工况下的系统性验证,成功构建了适用于埋地油气管道的实时泄漏监测系统。研发的实时监测系统不仅能精准捕捉微小孔径泄漏信号,还可实现泄漏点的精确定位。研究成果不仅圆满达成了预期目标,有力验证了光电子声振探测技术在管道泄漏监测领域的有效性与工程适用性,更为该技术在油气管道安全监测中的规模化工程应用提供了重要的技术支撑和实践指导。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the challenge of detecting leakages in operating oil and gas pipelines, this study innovatively employs high-sensitivity optoelectronic acoustic-vibration detection technology. Through multi-scenario field tests and systematic validation under complex operating conditions, a real-time monitoring system suitable for buried oil and gas pipelines has been successfully developed. The system demonstrates exceptional performance in accurately capturing micro-aperture leakage signals and precisely locating leakage points. The research outcomes have not only fully achieved the objectives, effectively validating the effectiveness and engineering applicability of optoelectronic acoustic-vibration detection technology in pipeline leakage monitoring, but also provided critical technical support and practical guidance for the large-scale engineering application of this technology in oil and gas pipeline safety monitoring.
