BIODRILL-S合成基钻井液体系室内研究及在渤海油田的应用

Laboratory research on BIODRILL-S synthetic-based drilling fluid system and application in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对渤海A油田红褐色泥岩地层井眼清洁困难,且有漏失风险的难题,研发了一种具有良好封堵性与强抑制性的环境友好型合成基钻井液体系(BIODRILL-S合成基钻井液)。现场应用效果表明,钻井液抑制性强,应用井的井眼扩大率仅有9.9%。润滑性好,大位移井仍能实现起钻无启动摩阻。具有较高的静切力与动切力,流变性能维护简单。大位移井ECD(equivalent circulation density,当量循环密度)较钻井液密度增幅仅0.12 g/cm3左右,具有一定的防漏效果。该钻井液已成功应用于渤海区域的多个油田,均取得了不错的应用效果,为渤海油田持续绿色稳产及复杂岩性地层开发提供了有效保障。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of poor wellbore cleaning and leakage risks in the reddish-brown mudstone formations of Oilfield A in Bohai, an environmentally friendly synthetic-based drilling fluid system with excellent plugging performance and strong inhibition (BIODRILL-S synthetic-based drilling fluid) has been developed. Field application results show that this drilling fluid exhibits strong inhibition, with only 9.9% wellbore enlargement rate of the applied wells. It has good lubricity, enabling smooth tripping without initial friction even in extended-reach wells. Additionally, it features high static and dynamic shear force, with simple maintenance of rheological properties. For extended-reach wells, the increase in ECD (equivalent circulation density) compared to the drilling fluid density is only about 0.12 g/cm³, indicating a certain anti-leakage effect.This drilling fluid has been successfully applied in many oilfields in the Bohai area, achieving favorable results in all cases. It provides effective support for the continuous green and stable production of Bohai Oilfield and the development of complex lithologic formations.
