琼东南盆地陵水北坡三亚组沉积特征分析

Analysis of sedimentary characteristics of Sanya Formation on the northern slope of Lingshui Sag, Qiongdongnan Basin

  • 摘要: 陵水凹陷位于琼东南盆地西南部,勘探证实陵水凹陷新近系中新统梅山组发育海底扇沉积体系,并已经取得了商业发现。但其下部三亚组缺乏钻井,勘探程度低,沉积体系展布不清,勘探潜力尚不明确。为精细刻画三亚组沉积体系,以梅山组钻井和三维地震资料为基础建立高精度层序地层格架,恢复古地貌,以梅山组作为对比参照,最终确定三亚组沉积体系分布和演化规律。研究表明,三亚组沉积时期陆架-陆坡背景开始形成,物源主要来自海南岛陵水河物源形成的陆架边缘三角洲,发育一系列小型沟槽渠,西北方向物源进入探区在平面上形成了3支斜坡扇-盆底扇沉积体系,纵向具有“西部稳定发育,自西向东迁移”的特征。分析认为沉积体系分布主要受断裂和坡折带的共同控制,发育的斜坡扇-盆底扇为优质储层,其中三亚组一段砂体规模大,为有利层段。该研究成果为陵水凹陷北坡有利勘探目标优选提供技术依据。

     

    Abstract: Lingshui Sag is located in the southwest of Qiongdongnan Basin. Explorations have confirmed that submarine fan sedimentary system are developed in Meishan Formation of the Neogene Miocene in Lingshui Sag, with commercial discoveries made. However, underlying Sanya Formation lacks drilling data, resulting in low exploration maturity, unclear distribution of sedimentary systems, and undefined exploration potential. To accurately characterize the sedimentary system of Sanya Formation, this article established a high-precision sequence stratigraphic framework based on drilling data of Meishan Formation and 3D seismic data, restored paleogeomorphology, and used Meishan Formation as a comparative reference to ultimately determine the distribution and evolution laws of the sedimentary system of Sanya Formation. The results indicate that during the sedimentary period of Sanya Formation, the continental shelf-slope background began to form, with the sedimentary system fed by the continental shelf edge delta formed by Lingshui River provenance on Hainan Island. A series of small channels were developed. The provenance from the northwest entered the exploration area, forming three slope fan-basin floor fan sedimentary systems on the plane, with vertical characteristics of "stable development in the west and migration from west to east". Analysis suggests that the distribution of sedimentary systems is mainly controlled by faults and slope break belt, and the developed slope fans and basin floor fans are high-quality reservoirs. The sand-bodies of the first member of Sanya Formation are large scale, representing a favorable exploration target section. The results provide technical basis for selecting favorable exploration targets on the northern slope of Lingshui Sag.
