渤海油田某区块调整井尾管固井防水窜技术研究与应用

Research and application of anti-water migration technology of liner cementing for the adjustment well in a certain block of Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海油田某区块调整井尾管固井存在固井水泥胶结质量差的问题。为了改善该类井的固井质量,该研究针对渤海油田某区块的调整井固井水泥胶结质量问题进行了分析,存在产层水泥胶结质量差、水侵特点明显的特征;另对国内外调整井固井水窜原因及防水窜技术进行了总结研究,设计出了适合海上调整井尾管固井的防水窜工艺措施、水泥浆体系,在该区块应用后水泥胶结质量得到明显提升,证明该调整井尾管固井防水窜技术能够有效封固产层,防水窜效果明显。后期对于该类井具有较好的推广意义。

     

    Abstract: The cement bonding quality in the tailpipe cementing of adjustment wells in a certain block of Bohai Oilfield is poor, in order to improve the cement quality of this type of wells, this study analyzed the cement bonding quality issues in the cementing of adjustment wells in the block. The characteristics of poor cement bonding quality in the producing layer and obvious water invasion were identified. Additionally, research was conducted on the reasons of water migration in adjustment wells cementing and anti-water migration technologies both domestically and internationally. Anti-water migration process measures and cement slurry systems suitable for offshore adjustment well tailpipe cementing were designed. After application in the block, the cement bonding quality was significantly improved. This proves that the anti-water migration technology for adjustment well liner cementing job can effectively seal the producing layer with a significant anti-water migration effect and has good promotion significance for this type of wells in the future.
