海上高温气井裸眼堵水工艺设计及应用

Design and application of open-hole water plugging technology in offshore high-temperature gas wells

  • 摘要: 海上高温气井储层下部如钻遇水层,一般会注水泥封堵或下套管固井后射孔完井,但存在储层伤害和产能不及预期的风险。为保障堵水和产能释放效果,设计一种裸眼机械堵水工艺,通过裸眼堵水管柱封堵下部水层,保留储层段较大的泄流面积,实现裸眼完井。该工艺在海上某区块高温气井进行了应用,该井已稳定生产1年以上,投产初期产气量超配产1倍,产水量与邻井相当,且为凝析水,产能释放和堵水效果良好,为类似气井机械堵水裸眼完井提供了良好的借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: When drilling into water layer in the lower section of the gas reservoir in offshore high-temperature gas wells, traditional solutions often involve cement plugging or casing and then perforation completion. However, those methods carry the risks of reservoir damage and production capacity below expectations. To ensure the effect of water plugging and production capacity release, an open-hole mechanical water plugging technology is developed. The lower water layer is blocked by the open-hole water plugging string, and a large flow area in the gas reservoir section is retained to achieve open-hole completion.This technology has been successfully applied to a high-temperature gas well in an offshore block. The well has been operating stably for over a year, and the gas production in the initial stage of operation exceeds the assigned production by 100%. The water production is equivalent to that of the neighboring wells, and the type is condensate water, indicating excellent production capacity release and water plugging performance. This case serves as a valuable reference and provides insightful guidance for mechanical water plugging and open-hole completion in similar gas wells.
