砂泵组故障频发的原因分析及应对措施

Analysis of the Causes of Frequent Failures of Sand Pump Sets and Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 为解决现有砂泵组故障频发的问题,该文通过详细叙述砂泵组故障频发的现象及产生的不良后果,分析平台电制与电机参数差异,排查出泵组设计源头内在原因,即电机参数选配不合理。同时结合理论依据,提出了解决该问题的措施,减小叶轮尺寸并付诸实践,改造完成后砂泵组运行稳定,通过最经济的成本取得了良好效果。结合本次现场实践,该套方法可为现场排查类似故障提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of frequent failure on the sand pump sets, the difference analysis between the platform electric system and the motor parameters was executed by the detailed phenomenon and consequences study, the result of which shows the key internal reason is the unreasonable motor parameters selection. As consequence, the measures with the theoretical basis that reduces the size of impeller were applied. The sand pump sets run stably with the most economical cost. By this practice, the modified measure can provide reference for solving similar failure in fields.
