提高非常规井眼井壁取心收获率技术探讨

  • 摘要: 目前在渤海油田的探井作业中9.5 in等非常规井眼的井越来越多,在该种井中同一裸眼要贯穿多个层系,而不同层系的储层压实程度和岩性特点不同,给电缆井壁取心作业带来挑战。为提高非常规井眼电缆井壁取心的作业效率、提高取心收获率和壁心质量,通过对常规井壁取心和旋转井壁取心两种作业方式进行研究,结合井壁取心原理对作业方式选择和作业技巧进行分析提炼,总结出根据井况和目的层压实情况,选择合适的井壁取心方式推荐做法及不同井壁取心作业关键点把控方案。该方法大大提高非常规井眼的电缆井壁取心收获率和作业效率,同时也保证岩心的地层原状属性。为地质勘探、储层研究、储量申报提供了实物支撑,可行性非常高,覆盖面较广,应用推广价值大,同时对后续电缆井壁取心仪器的改进和研究提供了新方向。

     

    Abstract: At present, there are more and more wells with unconventional wellbore such as 9.5 inch in the exploratory well operation in Bohai Oilfield. In this type of wells, the same open hole runs through multiple strata, and the reservoir compaction degree and lithology characteristics of different strata are different, which brings challenges to the coring operation of cable wellbore. In order to improve the operation efficiency of cable borehole coring of unconventional wellbores, improve the coring recovery rate and sidewall coring quality. Through studying the two operation methods of conventional borehole coring and rotary borehole coring, this paper analyze and refine the selection of operation methods and operation techniques in combination with the principle of borehole coring. While, it is concluded that the appropriate borehole coring method and the key point control scheme for different borehole coring methods should be selected according to the well conditions and the compaction situation of the target layers. This method greatly improves the recovery rate and operation efficiency of cable borehole coring in unconventional wellbores, and also ensures the original stratigraphic properties of the core. It provides physical support for geological exploration, reservoir research and reserve declaration, with very high feasibility, wide coverage, great application and promotion value, and also provides a new direction for the improvement and research of subsequent cable borehole instruments.
