巧用闲置流程高效开采低效井技术应用

Application of Technology for Efficient Producing of Inefficient Wells with Skillful Use of Idle Processes

  • 摘要: 为了解决自喷气井进入开采中后期,地层边底水锥进和产能衰减导致气井无法依靠自身能量带出井筒积液,出现水淹停喷的问题,一海上平台通过临时管线将低效井引入平台低压闲置流程,实现低效井连续自喷生产,减少放喷排液造成大量天然气放空燃烧,经济高效开采低效井油气资源。此举有效填补了低效井在新增压缩机或气举排液措施前的空档期,为后续实施其他开采措施提供准确的生产数据,为进一步挖潜低效井产能或对平台低效井整体开采提供数据支撑,具有良好借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: When the flowing well enters the middle and late stage of producing, the bottom water cone entry and production capacity decline of the formation cause the gas well to be unable to rely on its own ability to bring out the well's simple liquid to cause flooding and stop flowing. An offshore platform introduces inefficient wells into the platform's low-pressure idle process through temporary pipelines to realize continuous flowing production of inefficient wells, which reduces the air-to-air combustion of natural gas caused by spray discharge, and economically and efficiently exploits inefficient well oil and gas resources. This move effectively fills the gap period of inefficient wells before the implementation of new compressor or gas lift discharge measures, provides accurate production data for the subsequent implementation of other producing measures, and provides data support for further excavation of low-efficiency well production capacity or overall producing of inefficient wells on the platform, which is of good reference significance.
