套管补接技术在渤海勘探钻井中的应用

Application of Casing Repair Technology in Exploration Drilling in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 套管发生破损将给井筒完整性带来较大的挑战,而勘探钻井压力系统不确定性大,可能会带来更为严重的井控风险。为满足套损后续钻井作业的井筒完钻性要求,需要对补接工艺进行针对性的优化。该文分析了套管补接的技术原理,以渤海某探井为例,介绍了套管补接技术的优化及实践,最终顺利实现了套管补接且试压合格,实现了套管补接技术在渤海勘探钻井中的首次成功应用。该技术可为渤海探井井筒完整性管理提供重要参考,可推广至其他套管损坏的工况。

     

    Abstract: Casing failure will bring great challenge to wellbore integrity, and the uncertainty of exploratory drilling pressure systems may lead to more serious well control risks. In order to meet the requirements of wellbore completion in subsequent drilling operations with casing failure, it is necessary to optimize the casing repair process. This paper analyzes the technical principle of casing repair, and introduces the optimization and practice of casing repair technology with an exploration well in Bohai Sea as an example. Finally, casing repair was successfully realized and the pressure test was qualified, and the first successful application of casing repair technology in exploration drilling in Bohai Sea was realized. This technology can provide an important reference for the integrity management of Bohai Sea exploration wells, and can be extended to other casing damage conditions.
