裸眼分段充填技术在渤海油田的首次应用

  • 摘要: 为了满足渤海油田未来大规模开发生产的需求,实现裸眼水平井高效分层开采、分段精细控水等目的,充分挖掘剩余油,通过对旁通隔离封隔器、旁通隔离封隔器坐封工具、旁通关闭阀、旁通阀关闭工具、可开关单流阀等装置研发及改进,并形成一套裸眼分段充填工艺系统体系,在保证高效防砂及稳定生产的同时,实现层间有效封隔及各裸眼层段调配需求。该技术在渤海E油田的首次成功应用,解决了 2个防砂层段间储物性体差异大、存在层间干扰等矛盾,投产产量达标。该项工艺技术打破了常规裸眼砾石充填技术的瓶颈,实现了裸眼井分段充填、封隔及开发,对于实现油藏精细开发、稳油控水开发、提高采收率等具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the large-scale development and production needs of Bohai Oilfield in the future, achieve efficient layered production and segmented fine water control of open hole horizontal wells, and fully explore the remaining oil, a set of open hole segmented filling process system has been developed and improved through the research and development of bypass isolation packers, bypass isolation packer seat sealing tools, bypass shut-off valves, bypass valve shut-off tools, switchable single flow valves and other devices. While ensuring efficient sand control and stable production, it also meets the requirements of effective interlayer sealing and allocation of each open hole interval. The first successful application of this technology in the E Oilfield in Bohai has solved the contradictions of large differences in reservoir properties and interlayer interference between two sand control layers, and the production output has reached the goal. This process technology breaks the bottleneck of conventional naked eye gravel filling technology, realizing segmented filling, isolation, and development of naked eye wells. It is of great significance for achieving fine reservoir development, stable oil and water control development, and improving oil recovery rate.
