Abstract:
Testing-fracturing operations are faced with problems such as high surface construction pressure, easy high-temperature degradation of fracturing fluid and high requirements for reservoir protection for the deep, high temperature and low permeability strata in Wenchang area. The testing and fracturing integrated string structure is optimized to ensure the safety of the string during testing and fracturing. In order to reduce the risk of fracturing operation of high-temperature and high-pressure wells, while achieving the optimal fracturing effect, the appropriate proppants are selected and the fracturing displacement, sand volume and other parameters are optimized. The high-temperature shear performance and gel breaking performance of the fracturing fluid system are optimized and the reservoir protection effect is improved. A set of testing-fracturing technology suitable for Wenchang deep formation is formed. The testing-fracturing operation has been achieved successfully in an exploratory well in Wenchang block with the formation depth exceeding 4 200 m and the bottom hole temperature up to nearly 170 ℃, which not only achieved the purpose of testing the formation, but also obtained fracturing effect. It can provide reference for similar operations.
