A油田表层零排放高效钻井技术

Surface Zero Discharge High Efficiency Drilling Technology in Oilfield A

  • 摘要: 在海上油田,表层井段通常采用开路循环钻井模式。然而,随着环境保护形势日益严峻,越来越多的油田面临岩屑零排放的考验。为解决表层岩屑全回收问题,表层需要安装闭路井口,而常规闭路井口安装难度大、效果差。该文通过对表层闭路钻井作业的难点及特点进行总结分析,研发了表层快装井口,配合表层井眼尺寸优化、转化钻井液体系等手段,实现了表层闭路井口的快速拆装、钻屑的源头化减量、表层钻井作业零短起,提高了表层作业效率。该表层零排放高效钻井技术的成功实践,为后续表层作业提供了技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In offshore oil fields, open circuit drilling mode is usually used in the surface layer. However, with the increasingly severe environmental protection, more and more oil fields are facing the test of zero rock debris discharge. To solve the problem of complete recovery of surface rock debris, a closed circuit wellhead needs to be installed on the surface, while the installation of conventional closed circuit wellhead is difficult and ineffective. Based on the summary and analysis of the difficulties and characteristics of surface closed-circuit drilling operation, this paper has developed the surface quick installation wellhead, combined with the optimization of surface borehole size and the transformation of drilling fluid system, realized the rapid disassembly of surface closedcircuit wellhead, the source reduction of drilling cuttings, zero dummy trip, and improved the surface drilling efficiency. The successful practice of surface zero discharge and high efficiency drilling technology provides a technical reference for subsequent surface operations.
