基于SACS和ABAQUS的裙桩套筒局部结构分析

Local Structure Analysis of Skirt Pile Sleeve Based on SACS and ABAQUS

  • 摘要: 裙桩套筒作为导管架平台附属部件,主要用于连接导管架平台和桩结构,起到支撑和提高稳定性的作用。但在导管架平台整体分析中,对其局部强度不能进行准确分析和校核。因此,需要采用SACS(海上结构设计分析软件)和ABAQUS(有限元工程模拟分析软件)有限元相结合的方法对裙桩套筒进行分析。以东海某导管架平台项目为例,基于SACS整体结构分析结果,得到较危险的工况,提取关键节点的位移、力和弯矩载荷,对目标裙桩套筒建立有限元模型,在三种极端载荷环境工况下进行局部强度分析和剪切板屈曲分析。结果显示,去除下斜撑与主腿连接处以及上斜撑、剪切板与主腿连接处等应力集中位置后,裙桩套筒局部整体强度基本满足强度要求;极端工况下剪切板屈曲校核后的最大计算使用系数满足DNV(挪威船级社)标准。研究结果证明,该分析方法可以提高分析平台桩腿局部结构强度和抗剪强度的准确度,对新建平台桩腿设计和在产平台后续改造适应性校核具有重要实际工程意义。

     

    Abstract: As an accessory part of the jacket platform, the skirt pile sleeve is mainly used to connect the jacket platform and the pile structure to support and improve the stability. However, in the overall analysis of the jacket platform, its local strength cannot be accurately analyzed and checked. Therefore, it is necessary to use the combination of SACS (offshore structure design analysis software) and ABAQUS (finite element engineering simulation analysis software) finite element method to analyze the skirt sleeve. Taking a jacket platform project in East China Sea as an example, based on the overall structural analysis results of SACS, the more dangerous working conditions are obtained, and the displacement, force and bending moment loads of key joints are extracted. The finite element model of the target skirt sleeve is established, and the local strength analysis and shear plate buckling analysis are carried out under three extreme load conditions. The results show that the local overall strength of the skirt sleeve basically meets the strength requirements after removing the stress concentration positions such as the connection between the lower diagonal brace and the main leg, the connection between the upper diagonal brace, the shear plate and the main leg. Under extreme conditions, the maximal calculation usage factor of the shear plate after buckling check meets the DNV (Det Norske Veritas) standard. The research results show that the analysis method can improve the accuracy of the local structural strength and the shear strength of the platform leg. It has important practical engineering significance for the design of the new platform leg and the adaptability check of the subsequent transformation of the production platform.
