涪陵白马复杂构造区页岩气压裂改造的实践与认识

Practice and Understanding of Shale Gas Fracturing in Baima Complex Structural Area of Fuling

  • 摘要: 涪陵页岩气田白马复杂构造区应力变化大,断裂发育,储层非均质性强,前期微地震监测等评价结果表明区块水力压裂缝网延伸不均匀、复杂度低。为提高白马复杂构造区的压裂改造效果,通过结合地质特征分析及数值模拟结果,对射孔参数、段簇间距、改造规模、入井材料等方面进行优化,提出了白马复杂构造区页岩气压裂工艺设计方法和指导参数。工艺现场试验测试产量13×104 m3/d,充分验证了工艺有效性,研究成果可为白马复杂构造区的压裂工艺提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Baima complex structural area of Fuling shale gas field is characterized by large stress variation, well-developed faults and strong reservoir heterogeneity. The hydraulic fracture network of the block is evaluated by early microseismic monitoring and the results show that it is uneven in extension and low in complexity. In order to improve the fracturing effect in Baima complex structural area, by combining the analysis of geological characteristics and numerical simulation results, the perforation parameters, segment cluster spacing, modification scale and the material are optimized. The design method and guidance parameters of shale gas fracturing technology in Baima complex structural area are put forward. The field test output of the process was 13×104 m3/d, which fully verified the effectiveness of the process. The research results can provide a reference for the fracturing process in Baima complex structure area.
