井筒结垢对西湖油气井生产的影响及预测方法适用性评价

Influence of Wellbore Scaling on the Production of Oil and Gas Wells in Xihu Sag and the Applicability Evaluation of Prediction Methods

  • 摘要: 为了评价各结垢预测方法对西湖油气井的适用性,采用理论计算和软件模拟法分析了单独产出地层水、单独替入海水、海水和地层水混合3种条件下C11井井筒结垢情况,通过对比实际数据,在西湖油气井混合垢预测方面,Scalechem软件方法具有更强的适用性。单一碳酸钙结垢预测方面,Ryznar法更为准确。单一硫酸盐垢预测方面,Skillman法与实际情况相匹配,分析C11井井筒结垢主要由地层出水引起,结垢类型主要为CaCO3垢。对海上井筒防垢工艺展开讨论,旨在为西湖油气井结垢问题有效治理提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the applicability of each scaling prediction method to oil and gas wells in Xihu Sag, theoretical calculation and software simulation methods were used to analyze the scaling of Well C11 under three conditions: single production of formation water, single injection of seawater, and mixing of seawater and formation water. By comparing the actual data, Scalechem software has greater applicability in mixed scaling prediction of oil and gas wells in Xihu Sag. In terms of single calcium carbonate scaling prediction, Ryznar method is more accurate. In terms of single sulfate scaling prediction, Skillman method matches the actual situation. It is analyzed that the wellbore scaling of Well C11 is mainly caused by formation outflow, and the scaling type is mainly CaCO3. The offshore wellbore anti-scaling technology was discussed, aiming to provide technical support for the effective treatment of oil and gas wells scaling problems in Xihu Sag.
