Abstract:
At present, in East China Sea a number of production platforms have been built, all of which are jacket platforms, and the topsides on some jacket platforms have problems such as complex structure, uneven force on members, and unreasonable layout of deck equipment, which not only increase the difficulty and workload of platform construction, but also increase the investment in project engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the structure and optimize the design of the established jacket platform in East China Sea. On this basis, the representative jacket platform of East China Sea was selected as the research object, the optimization research and design of the topsides were carried out, and the SACS software was used to analyze the in-place static analysis and lifting analysis of the topsides, and finally formed the technical scheme of the topsides optimization of the jacket platform, which realized the weight reduction of the topsides structure, thereby saving manufacturing costs and reducing costs. This paper aims to provide new ideas and reference for the design of similar jacket platforms in the future.
