XMAC-F1偶极横波反射成像测井资料质量控制及应用

Quality Control and Application of XMAC-F1 Dipole Share Wave Reflection Imaging Logging Data

  • 摘要: 交叉偶极子横波反射成像测井技术是XMAC-F1仪器的拓展应用,分析横波反射成像资料可以得到井壁外的地质信息,合格的偶极声波数据是获取准确横波反射成像处理成果的关键因素。为了确保声波数据的准确性和可靠性,该文结合XMAC-F1数据采集原理,阐述了仪器测速、测井时仪器的居中性、仪器测量的方位数据、仪器旋转量是偶极声波质量控制的重要影响因素,并分析了不同影响因素值对处理结果的影响。提出了偶极声波测井资料质量控制测前检查、测井数据监测、测速控制、仪器旋转控制、仪器方位质控等关键要点。数据质控方法实际应用取得明显效果,有效地解决了偶极声波原始数据质量问题,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The cross dipole share wave reflection imaging logging technology is the extended application of XMAC-F1 instrument. The geological information outside the borehole can be obtained by analyzing the share wave reflection imaging data. Qualified dipole acoustic wave data is the key factor to obtain accurate share wave reflection imaging processing results. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of acoustic data, combined with the principle of XMAC-F1 data acquisition, this paper expounds that the measuring rate of the instrument, the neutrality of the instrument during logging, the azimuth data measured by the instrument, and the rotation of the instrument are important factors affecting the quality control of dipole acoustic wave, and analyzes the influence of different factor values on the processing results. The key points of quality control of dipole acoustic logging data, such as pre-test inspection, logging data monitoring, measuring rate control, instrument rotation control and instrument azimuth quality control are put forward. The practical application of the data quality control method has achieved obvious results, which effectively solves the quality problem of the original dipole acoustic data, and has a good application prospect.
