Simulation Calculation and Application Research of Intelligent Water Control in Horizontal Wells

  • 摘要: 南海西部某油田底水油藏开发过程中面临含水率高、油井过早水淹、开发效果逐渐变差等问题。为降低开发井含水率,提高油井产量,结合分析现有智能控水工具技术原理,采用控水模拟软件进行了该油田某口水平井的分段设计、控水筛管参数设计等数值模拟,形成了水平井智能控水方案。现场应用表明采用该智能控水方案后,油井生产初期控水效果良好,最高含水率下降56.67%,产油率提升约13%,具有较好的控水效果和指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In the development process of a bottom water reservoir in an oilfield in the west of South China Sea, there are some problems such as high water content, premature water flooding of oil wells and gradual deterioration of development effect. In order to reduce the water content of development wells and improve oil well production, combined with the analysis of the technical principle of the existing intelligent water control tools, the water control simulation software was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the sectional design and water control screen tube parameter design of a certain horizontal well in the oilfield, and an intelligent water control scheme of horizontal wells was formed. The on-site application shows that after adopting the intelligent water control scheme, the initial water control effect in the early stage of oil well production is good, with a maximum water content reduction of 56.67% and an oil production rate increase about 13%, which has good water control effect and guiding significance.
