渤海海域KL16构造混积岩储层特征及酸化改造实验研究

Reservoir Characteristics and Experimental Study on Acidization of Diamictite in KL16 Structure in Bohai Sea Area

  • 摘要: 针对渤海海域莱州湾凹陷KL16构造古近系沙河街组沙三下段复杂岩性混积岩开发难题,综合运用测井、录井、钻井和三维地震数据,结合恒速压汞、铸体薄片、扫描电镜、岩矿分析和DST测试资料,开展混积岩储层特征研究,并优选8块岩心开展酸化改造实验。结果表明:沙三下段储层以薄互层为主,单层厚度为0.8~5.0 m,岩性极为复杂,主要为砂岩、白云质灰岩、泥质白云岩、白云岩、灰质砂岩、凝灰质砂岩。酸化后长石类和碳酸盐岩类矿物发生溶蚀,凝灰质砂岩和混积岩孔隙度均有改善,且混积岩储层改造效果最为明显,渗透率提高(46.0~77.5)×10−3 μm2;砂岩储层渗透率变化不大,渗透率升高34.1×10−3 μm2;凝灰质砂岩储层发生速敏反应,渗透率反而降低9.1×10−3 μm2。该研究成果为指导KL16构造增产措施方案优选、产能评价和产量预测提供可靠基础依据,同时也对渤海湾盆地其他相似油田开发方案编制和开发生产实践具有极大借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the development problem of complex lithology diamictite in the lower third section of Paleogene Shahejie Formation in KL16 structure of Laizhou Bay Sag in Bohai Sea, the characteristics of diamictite reservoir were studied by using well logging, logging, drilling and 3D seismic data, combined with constant velocity mercury injection, casting thin section, scanning electron microscope, rock and mineral analysis and DST test data, and 8 cores were selected to carry out acidization experiment. The results show that the reservoirs in the lower third section of Shahejie Formation are mainly thin interbeds, with a single layer thickness of 0.8~5.0 m. The lithology is extremely complex, mainly sandstone, dolomitic limestone, argillaceous dolomite, dolomite, calcareous sandstone and tuffaceous sandstone. After acidization, feldspar and carbonate minerals are dissolved, and the porosity of tuffaceous sandstone and diamictite is improved. The effect of diamictite reservoir reconstruction is the most obvious, and the permeability is increased by (46.0~77.5)×10−3 μm2. The permeability of sandstone reservoir changes little, and the permeability is increased by 34.1×10−3 μm2. The tuffaceous sandstone reservoir has a velocity-sensitive reaction, and the permeability is reduced by 9.1×10−3 μm2.The research results provide a reliable basis for guiding the optimization of KL16 structural stimulation measures, productivity evaluation and production prediction, and also have great reference significance for the development scheme compilation and development production practice of other similar oilfields in Bohai Bay Basin.
