Development of Offshore Oil Real-time Intelligent Drilling Auxiliary Decision-making Technology

  • 摘要: 近年来中国海洋石油集团公司积极进行数字化转型,引入了实时智能钻井辅助决策系统。基于该系统形成了作业效率实时统计分析、摩阻扭矩及水力学参数模拟预测、基于多源信息的地质工程一体化地层压力实时监测等数字化关键技术,为高难度复杂井提供了实时数据监测、工程风险模拟及作业方案优化服务,应用效果良好。结合当前现状,未来还需进行高阶的人工智能实时辅助决策技术研究,开展工程软件自主化研发,利用地震、钻井、录井、测井等资料建立更加全面、智能的地质工程一体化钻井工程管理平台,有效识别诸如卡钻、溢流、井壁坍塌、井漏等钻井工程问题,形成历史数据与实时数据联动的地质-工程-信息技术一体化的智能、安全、高效的钻井技术。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, China National Offshore Oil Corporation has actively carried out digital transformation and introduced a real-time intelligent drilling auxiliary decision-making technology system. Based on this system, key digital technologies such as real-time statistical analysis of operating efficiency, simulation and prediction of friction, torque and hydraulic parameters, and real-time monitoring of formation pressure based on multi-source information for integration of geology and engineering have been formed. It provids real-time data monitoring, engineering risk simulation and operation plan optimization for high difficult and complex wells , and has good application effects. Combining the current status, high-level artificial intelligence real-time auxiliary decision-making technology research is needed in the future, independent research and development of engineering software should be carried out, and the use of seismic, drilling, mud logging, logging and other data to establish a more comprehensive and intelligent geology engineering-integrated drilling engineering management platform, which can effectively identify outstanding drilling engineering problems such as stuck, overflow, well wall collapse, lost circulation, etc., and finally form an intelligent, safe and efficient drilling technology based on geology-engineering-information technology integration of historical data and real-time data linkage.
