Abstract:
In view of the large size of snubbing wellbore in offshore oil fields, the need for great plugging force, and the need for bidirectional plugging in some measures, while the conventional land soluble bridge plug has a small size and can only be plugged in one direction, the bidirectional plugging technology of snubbing wellbore in offshore oil fields is studied. Through innovative design of bidirectional plugging structure, optimization of soluble materials and simulation calculation analysis, a 7″ soluble bidirectional bridge plug was formed. The results of indoor plugging test showed that the bidirectional plugging technology of snubbing wellbore can achieve 70 MPa high-pressure plugging of 7″ wellbore, and can meet the bidirectional plugging requirements of 7″ snubbing wellbore, which can provide effective technical support for the development of snubbing technology.
