带压作业井筒双向封堵技术研究

Research on Bidirectional Plugging Technology of Snubbing Wellbore

  • 摘要: 针对海上油田带压作业井筒尺寸大、需要封堵力大、部分措施作业存在双向封堵需求,而常规陆地可溶桥塞封堵尺寸小,且仅能单向封堵的问题,进行海上油田带压作业井筒双向封堵技术研究。通过开展双向封堵结构创新设计、可溶材料优选及模拟计算分析,形成了7″可溶性双向封堵桥塞。室内封堵试验验证结果表明:带压作业井筒双向封堵技术可实现7″井筒70 MPa高压封堵,满足7″带压作业井筒双向封堵需求,能够为带压作业技术开发提供有效的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of the large size of snubbing wellbore in offshore oil fields, the need for great plugging force, and the need for bidirectional plugging in some measures, while the conventional land soluble bridge plug has a small size and can only be plugged in one direction, the bidirectional plugging technology of snubbing wellbore in offshore oil fields is studied. Through innovative design of bidirectional plugging structure, optimization of soluble materials and simulation calculation analysis, a 7″ soluble bidirectional bridge plug was formed. The results of indoor plugging test showed that the bidirectional plugging technology of snubbing wellbore can achieve 70 MPa high-pressure plugging of 7″ wellbore, and can meet the bidirectional plugging requirements of 7″ snubbing wellbore, which can provide effective technical support for the development of snubbing technology.
