渤海油田防砂段内细分注水/配产工艺技术研究

Research on Subdivision Water Injection/Production Allocation Technology in Sand Control Section of Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海油田大部分区块属于层状砂岩油藏,经多年的开发,大防砂段内各层干扰现象严重,满足不了油田精细开发的需求。为实现渤海油田大段防砂段内筛管与套管环空细分注水/配产作业,选用ACP(环空化学封隔)材料注入筛套环空进行封隔,筛管内部下入对应层段的细分注水/配产管柱进行作业。通过不同细分注水/配产管柱性能对比,优选预制电缆自动测调注水工艺管柱进行细分注水作业,优选电控细分配产工艺管柱进行细分配产作业。针对渤海油田问题防砂井渗透率发生明显变化的层位,可进行细分注水工艺和细分配产工艺设计,形成适用于渤海油田的细分注水/配产工艺方案。

     

    Abstract: Most blocks of Bohai Oilfield belong to layered sandstone reservoirs. After years of development, the interference of each layer in the large sand control section is serious which is unable to meet the needs of oilfield fine development. In order to realize the fine water injection/production allocation operation in the annulus of screen pipe and casing in the large sand control section of Bohai Oilfield, ACP material is selected to inject into the annulus of screen sleeve for sealing, and the fine water injection/production allocation string in the corresponding layer is put into the screen pipe for operation. Through the comparison of the performance of different subdivision water injection/production allocation strings, the prefabricated cable automatic measurement injection column is optimized for subdivision water injection operation and the electric control fine distribution production process string is optimized for fine distribution production operation. In view of the layes with obvious change of permeability of sand control wells in Bohai Oilfield, the subdivision water injection process and fine distribution production process design can be carried out to form a subdivision water injection/production allocation process scheme suitable for Bohai Oilfield.
