基于ABAQUS的水下储油罐结构强度及参数敏感性分析

Structure Strength and Parameter Sensitivity Analysis of Subsea Oil Storage Tank Based on ABAQUS Software

  • 摘要: 为了降低边际油田开发过程中原油存储装置的造价,提出了一种水下储油罐方案。该文利用ABAQUS有限元软件对储油罐整体结构强度进行分析,在此基础上,针对罐油罐舱壁加强构件开展主要参数敏感性分析,最终确定了一种既满足强度要求又能有效提高经济性的水下储油罐结构加强方案。研究成果对开发边际油田水下储油罐方案具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of crude oil storage devices during the development of marginal oil fields, an underwater oil storage tank scheme was proposed. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the overall structural strength of the tank. On this basis, the sensitivity analysis of the main parameters of the tank reinforcement member is carried out. Finally, a structural strengthening scheme for subsea oil storage tank that not only meets the strength requirements but also effectively improves the economy is determined. The research results have certain reference significance for the development of subsea oil storage tank schemes in marginal oil fields.
