液控滑套工艺在深水完井中的应用

Application of Hydraulic Control Sliding Sleeve Technology in Deep Water Completion

  • 摘要: 针对深水油田开发特点并结合南海东部L油田的开发生产需要,设计了一种下入双液控滑套分别对二个生产层位进行流量控制的完井生产管柱工艺,并对液控滑套的流动孔径进行了选型优化,并设计了地面控制逻辑。双液控滑套完井管柱工艺成功应用于L油田,对后续油藏的开发具有重要的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the development characteristics of deep-water oil field, combining with the development and production needs of L oilfield in the eastern South China Sea, a well completion production string technology was designed to control the flow rate of the two production layers with a hydraulic control sliding sleeve. The flow aperture of the hydraulic control sliding sleeve was selected and optimized, and the ground control logic was designed. The tandem hydraulic control sliding sleeve completion string technology has been successfully applied to L oilfield, which has important reference significance for follow-up reservoir development.
